ongenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) of the lung is rare plumonary cystic disease characterized by a mass of cysts lined by proliferating bronchial or cuboidal epithelium. This has been detected on fetus, prematurity, stillborn,
infant
and
child by chest X-ray and C-T scan. Recently, we have experienced a case of late presented CCAM with infection in 20 years old patient.
